Your membership gives you full access to our entire library of yoga, breathwork, mobility and strength sessions. You’ll also get new monthly uploads and themed challenges. Everything is available on-demand so you can practise anytime, anywhere.

Yes, totally. There’s no lock-in. You can manage or cancel your plan at any time inside your account. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period - the end of that month.

You can log in on your laptop, phone or tablet using your Studio account. The platform is fully mobile-friendly, and most people use it on their phone or iPad next to their mat.

We drop at least five brand new classes every month so the library always feels fresh and you’ve got plenty to keep you on your toes.

The Studio is built for all levels. If you’re new, start with our foundations and slow flows. If you’re more experienced, explore our more dynamic sessions, mandala flows and conditioning workouts. Every class has clear cues so you always feel supported.

A yoga mat is all you need to get started. If a specific class requires anything extra, you’ll see it listed clearly in the class bio. That said, a block or even a thick book can be helpful for support, but it’s never essential. Everything is designed to be easy to follow at home or while travelling.

Right now the platform doesn’t support offline downloads, but we’re working toward that for the future. For now you’ll need an internet connection to watch classes.
