RETURN TO A RADIANT YOU
20st - 22nd November 2027
We’re heading to the Kent countryside this November for a restorative Winter Reset.
Join us for a cosy weekend at The Quaives, a magical country retreat in the heart of the Home Counties that we have had our eyes on for a long time.
Step away from the everyday rush and settle into a weekend of soulful movement, countryside air and deep restoration. This retreat brings together grounding yoga flows, winter walks, warming seasonal food and plenty of time to slow down and simply be.
As the days grow shorter and winter draws in, we’ll embrace the season rather than escape it. Think crisp country walks, nourishing meals around the table, restorative practices and cosy evenings spent reconnecting with yourself and an amazing group of people.
If this experience is calling, we would love to welcome you. To secure your space, we require a £350 non-refundable deposit. Limited spots available.

Active mornings will give way to slower, more thoughtful afternoons. Read beside the fire, paint, enjoy the hot tub, have a chat or simply take some time for yourself. Everything is optional, and there will be plenty of space to follow your own rhythm.
As evening draws in, we’ll return to the studio for restorative movement and breathwork before gathering around the table for a shared meal. Expect warming food, meaningful conversations, a cosy movie night and time spent connecting with an amazing group of people.

This retreat is for anyone craving a little breathing room before the Christmas festivities begin.
Perhaps the year has felt full, life has been moving quickly or you simply want to treat yourself to a weekend away. This is your chance to step out of the fast lane and enjoy a carefully curated balance of movement, fresh air, nourishing food, meaningful connection and time beside the fire.
Come alone, bring a friend or escape with your partner. You do not need to be an experienced yogi, a seasoned cold-water swimmer or naturally good at slowing down. Everything is optional, and all movement practices will be accessible to different levels of experience.
More than anything, this is a weekend for anyone ready to switch off, reconnect and return home feeling restored.

By Train:
The easiest way to reach us is by train to Canterbury West. High-speed services from London St Pancras take around 50 minutes, followed by a short 10-minute drive to The Quaives. We’ll recommend a specific train and help coordinate shared taxis or station collections closer to the retreat, making the journey as easy as possible.
By Car:
The Quaives is around 90 minutes from London by car, depending on traffic. The retreat is located just outside the village of Wickhambreaux, near Canterbury, with parking available on-site.Car sharing is always encouraged. It’s more sociable, more affordable and a little kinder to the planet.
-
It’s the British countryside in mid-November, so expect crisp days, chilly temperatures and a chance of rain. Pack warm layers and waterproofs, and we’ll be ready to embrace whatever the weather brings.
We’ll adapt our plans as we go, enjoying the contrast between wrapping up for winter walks in the fresh country air and returning to The Quaives for nourishing food, restorative movement, a soak in the hot tub and time beside the fire.
For us, the winter weather is all part of the experience: embracing the elements and returning rosy-cheeked to somewhere warm and cosy.
-
Absolutely. Most of our guests do! You’re welcome to book a shared room if you’d like to meet new people, or a private room if you prefer your own space.
