We help people shake up their routine, recharge their soul, and feel alive again through movement and connection. Blending adventure, fun, and stillness, our retreats create space to reset, reconnect, and rediscover joy.

Partners in crime on and off the mat, Josh and Soph have been adventuring through life together for the past ten years.

They each came into the wellness world from different directions. Soph began her career as a high-flying Executive and Personal Assistant working with high-net-worth individuals, while Josh came from the world of sustainability consulting. While caring for the planet will always be part of what he does, the time came to swap hands in the soil for toes in the sand.

Today, they split their time between hosting events and teaching in studios in London, and travelling the world to host retreats for a luxury fitness retreat company. From Bali to the Caribbean, and island-hopping through Europe, they share their love of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection with global communities.

Before this chapter, they spent over a year managing a boutique eco-hotel on the Nicaraguan coastline, honing their hospitality and retreat management skills. It was also here that their love of surfing deepened.

Upbeat, caring souls with deep knowledge of yoga and a love for the outdoors, Josh and Soph bring a grounded yet playful energy to everything they do. Smiles, laughter, and good times are never far away.

Everything they have learned through wellness and hospitality is now channelled into creating retreat experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and feel truly alive.

We all function better with more hugs, more smiles, and more genuine interactions. Community isn’t a bonus for us, it’s an essential.

Time spent outside the city and immersed in wild landscapes is unparalleled. Nature grounds you, inspires you, and brings you back to yourself in a way nothing else can.

    • Soph offers a soft and nurturing slow flow - perfect for those tired post-surf session bodies. To balance the calmer classes she also teaches more dynamic, elemental mandala flows.

      • 60Hr Pregnancy Yoga

    • Having taught at some of London’s finest studios, Sophie often finds herself in far-flung corners of the world, leading retreats.
