Constantine Bay | Near Padstow North Cornwall

4-7th June & 24th - 27th September 2026

After the huge success of our sold-out 2025 getaway, we’re heading back to our home away from home - the wild and wonderful North Cornwall coast.

Join us this summer for not one, but two unforgettable long weekends designed to help you unplug, recharge, and reconnect. Think long coastal walks, bracing sea swims, fireside dinners, laughter, yoga by the ocean, and a deep sense of calm that only Cornwall can bring.

Each retreat will have its own rhythm, but both will offer that same signature Radiant Waves mix of movement, community, and coastal magic.

Spaces are limited and always go fast, so if you’re keen, don’t hang about.

  • Our coastal home for the weekend sits in Constantine Bay, Trevose, just outside Padstow. Surrounded by rolling dunes, cliff-top trails, and turquoise water, it’s one of North Cornwall’s most beautiful corners. You’ll fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to fresh sea air - it’s the kind of place that immediately slows you down.

  • This retreat is everything we love about the British coastline - movement, connection, nature, and play.

    Expect:

    • Daily mix of yoga, pilates and breathwork sessions to ground and energise you

    • Coastal hikes and ocean dips (optional but highly encouraged!)

    • Sauna by the sea and beach bonfires at sunset

    • Wholesome, locally sourced meals shared around the table

    • Space to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself and others

If the surf gods are kind, we’ll even squeeze in a few waves.

    • Three nights’ accommodation near Constantine Bay

    • Breakfast and dinner each day

    • Morning and evening yoga, pilates, and breathwork sessions

    • Daily cold sea swims and sauna by the sea session

    • Creative painting session and other mindful workshops

    • Group hikes, local activities, fireside hangouts, and plenty of laughter

    • All equipment provided - just bring your swimwear and good vibes

  • For those who want to get away for the weekend and reset - but might not have the time, space, or budget to go further afield. This is your chance to love where you live, breathe in the sea air, and embrace the beauty of staying in the UK.

Perfect for solo travellers, friends, or couples - anyone craving movement, connection, and a little coastal magic.

OUR 2025 GETAWAY: A LOOK BACK

Last summer’s Cornwall retreat was something special - a sold-out weekend full of salty air, laughter and chilly plunges. We hiked rugged cliffs, played Paddle tennis, shared sunrise yoga by the coast, and watched the sunset paint the ocean gold.

It reminded us why Cornwall will always have our hearts - and why we can’t wait to do it all again.

DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT

Hear what some of our guests had to say about the Radiant Waves Cornwall 25 experience:

“The best time! The house was immaculate, really homely and the food was above and beyond my expectations.  From daily yoga, sauna by the sea, paddle, sea swims, coastal hikes, painting, games and movie night it really was the best 4 days! A little slice of heaven!”

— Sophie, (Cornwall) 2025

“I had the most incredible experience at Radiant Waves in Cornwall. Sophie and Josh went above and beyond to create such a welcoming, fun atmosphere. Every detail felt so thoughtful. Between the sea swims, games, massages, and the most delicious food, the whole retreat was an absolute dream. I left feeling restored, energised and uplifted.  I honestly couldn’t recommend Radiant Waves more. It is by far the best  retreat I've ever been on.”

— Isabel, (Cornwall) 2025

  • Not at all, our retreat caters for all levels of yogi's - no prior experience is needed.

  • By Train:
The easiest way is by train to Bodmin Parkway, just under 4 hours from London. We’ll be offering a station collection and drop-off for the suggested train, which we’ll coordinate with you a little closer to the time. Sit back, relax, and watch the countryside roll by — it’s a beautiful journey.

    By Bus:
You can also travel by coach from London to Bodmin, which takes a little longer but is an affordable and scenic option if you’re not in a rush.

    By Car:
If you’re driving, it’s around 5 hours from London, depending on traffic (and how quickly you cruise). Car sharing is always encouraged - it’s more fun and better for the planet.

  • No worries at all - surfing is an added bonus on this retreat. If the waves line up, we’ll head out for a dip (only for those who want to). Our retreats always meet you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re standing up on your first wave or already carving like a pro, you’ll feel at home in the water.

  • It’s the UK summer: which means it could be 25 degrees and glorious, or it could be raining sideways! We’ll adapt as the weather comes. Fear not, we’ve got plenty of tricks up our sleeve for a cosy afternoon if the skies open.

Being by the coast, the weather can shift fast - a quick shower one minute and sunshine the next. June and September are two of our favourite months in Cornwall: long days, milder crowds, and that perfect mix of sunshine and sea breeze.

  • Absolutely. Most of our guests do! You’re welcome to book a shared room if you’d like to meet new people, or a private room if you prefer your own space.
