Not at all, our retreat caters for all levels and experiences of yoga and pilates - no prior experience is needed.

Fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport. We’ll share recommended flight times to help align arrivals, and from there we’ll help to coordinate group transfers to the villa, just a short 30-minute drive away.
