By booking a retreat or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

Retreats, events, and workshops

A booking is confirmed once payment is made. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is typically required 31 days before the retreat start date.

Digital products and memberships

All digital purchases are final due to instant access. Monthly subscriptions are recurring until cancelled.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

By the customer

Refund or cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of purchase. Generally:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Refunds are only issued if specified in your retreat or event agreement

By Radiant Waves

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any retreat or event due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another retreat

We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights or accommodation.

4. Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for:

  • Booking their own travel

  • Ensuring their passport, visas, and documents are valid

  • Purchasing adequate travel and health insurance

We strongly recommend insurance that covers cancellations, medical costs, and adventure activities.

5. Health & Safety

You must ensure you are physically fit to participate in activities such as yoga or surfing. You agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

Radiant Waves Ltd is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during events, retreats, or travel.

6. Use of Digital Services

For any digital subscriptions or online platforms:

  • You agree not to share your login details

  • Content is for personal use only

  • We may update or remove content as needed

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photography, digital materials, and retreat resources remain the property of Radiant Waves Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

8. Behaviour and Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any guest from a retreat or event if their behaviour:

  • Is unsafe

  • Is disruptive

  • Causes harm to others

Refunds are not guaranteed in this situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss of property

  • Travel delays

  • Flight cancellations

  • Acts of nature

  • Costs arising from customer misconduct
