We are heading back to the tropics. Radiant Waves is returning to one of our favourite places on earth, Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, for two unforgettable retreat weeks in February 2027. After this year’s retreat sold out, we cannot wait to return.

Step away from the 9 to 5 and journey to the Pacific coast for a week of soulful movement, warm ocean water, and deep rejuvenation in the jungle.

This retreat blends energising yoga, surf sessions, tropical adventures, and slow nourishing moments, all set against the rhythm of the ocean and golden sunsets.

  • Your days will flow between energising morning yoga practices, surf sessions in the Pacific Ocean, nourishing meals shared with the group, and slow afternoons under the palm trees.

    We’ll head out on adventures, exploring waterfalls, jungle trails, and hidden beaches along this wild stretch of Costa Rica’s coastline.

    Enjoy sunset swims, fresh coconuts after surf, long dinners under the stars, and the simple joy of disconnecting from everyday life.

Each one opens out onto a balcony overlooking the jungle and ocean - an ideal spot for morning coffee, golden-hour sunsets, or quiet reflection between activities. Our most accessible option, the shared twin rooms with A/C, embody the relaxed, communal spirit of Radiant Waves Retreats. With ocean views, natural light, and a shared bathroom, this option is ideal for solo travellers happy to share.

Set high on a hill surrounded by a lush jungle canopy, our villa looks out over the rolling waves of the Pacific Ocean - a blend of barefoot luxury and natural simplicity. 

Each room is light-filled and thoughtfully styled, with air conditioning, soft textures, and open terraces that invite the sea breeze in. It’s the perfect setting to rest deeply, recharge fully, and reconnect with what matters most.

The villa’s communal areas invite connection. The open-plan kitchen flows effortlessly out to the pool terrace. Upstairs, a spacious living room and yoga area offer space to unwind - a quiet corner to read, stretch, or simply watch the world fade into gold as the sun sets over the sea.

  • Not at all, our retreat caters for all levels of yogi's - no prior experience is needed.

    • Flights and transport to and from the retreat

    • 1 dinner out in Santa Teresa Town

    • Alcoholic and soft drinks – available to purchase at the villa

    • Other activities such as sunset horse riding, additional surf lessons, zip-lining, etc

  • The closest airports are San Jose (SJO) or Liberia (LIR) - from there we can help you arrange transfers to Santa Teresa.

  • If travelling from Europe or the USA, no visa is required. However, European travellers transiting through the USA will need an ESTA.

  • Our retreat meets you where you are at. Whether you’re catching your very first wave or carving like a pro, you’ll feel at home.

  • The weather in February is warm and dry, 28 - 30 *c

  • Absolutely. Most of our guests do! You’re welcome to book a shared room if you’d like to meet new people, or a private room if you prefer your own space.
