reasons why
-
Wild Beauty: Rugged cliffs, sweeping beaches, and crisp Atlantic air - Cornwall captures the raw magic of the coast at its finest.
Sea (& Surf): The North Coast is blessed with stretches of wild coastline and some of the UK’s most stunning beaches - turquoise shallows, golden sands, and salty air that pulls you in for a dip (with the added bonus of some epic surf at Harlyn and Constantine).
Laid-Back Living: Slow mornings, salt-streaked hair, sunsets that stop you in your tracks - life here moves with the rhythm of the tides.
Nature Therapy: Coastal hikes, sea swims, and endless horizons - the perfect blend of adventure and calm.
Local Flavour: Fresh seafood, farm-to-table cafés, and wood-fired feasts - simple, soulful food made with local love.
Close to Home: Feels a world away, yet right here in the UK.
-
Community Energy: Small groups, big connection - where strangers become friends and every moment feels easy.
Carefully Curated Schedule: Yoga, surf, breathwork, sea dips, fireside evenings - the best bits of coastal living, shaped into one restorative weekend.
Coastal Comforts: Dreamy home, walkable to the sea, with spaces designed to unwind.
Nourishing Food: Wholesome, seasonal meals made with local Cornish produce - grounding, delicious, and full of heart.
Authentically Run: Founded by yogis and surfers who actually live this lifestyle. Every detail comes from firsthand experience and genuine passion.
It’s Your Holiday: This is your time to relax, do awesome things, and have fun – maybe even enjoy a glass of wine or two. Join every session or simply rest, wander, and breathe in the sea air - this is your time to reset.
good to know
-
Not at all, our retreat caters for all levels of yogi's - no prior experience is needed.

By Train:
The easiest way is by train to Bodmin Parkway, just under 4 hours from London. We’ll be offering a station collection and drop-off for the suggested train, which we’ll coordinate with you a little closer to the time. Sit back, relax, and watch the countryside roll by - it’s a beautiful journey.By Bus:
You can also travel by coach from London to Bodmin, which takes a little longer but is an affordable and scenic option if you’re not in a rush.By Car:
If you’re driving, it’s around 5 hours from London, depending on traffic (and how quickly you cruise). Car sharing is always encouraged - it’s more fun and better for the planet. -
No worries at all - surfing is an added bonus on this retreat. If the waves line up, we’ll head out for a dip (only for those who want to). Our retreats always meet you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re standing up on your first wave or already carving like a pro, you’ll feel at home in the water.
-
It’s the UK summer: which means it could be 20+ degrees and glorious, or it could be raining sideways! We’ll adapt as the weather comes. Fear not, we’ve got plenty of tricks up our sleeve for a cosy afternoon if the skies open.
Being by the coast, the weather can shift fast - a quick shower one minute and sunshine the next. September is one of our favourite months in Cornwall: long days, milder crowds, and that perfect mix of sunshine and sea breeze.
-
Absolutely. Most of our guests do! You’re welcome to book a shared room if you’d like to meet new people, or a private room if you prefer your own space.
